More than 45 families attended our Science and Math are FUN workshop(s) this Spring.  While parents completed applications, students played math and science games and enjoyed a healthy snack.

This June, all the BEE SMART families were invited to an Orientation Night at their child's school.  This was a great way for everyone to get to know each other that included team building games, important details about the program, and initial brainstorming about a service learning project students will complete this summer!

What an awesome summer!  BEE SMART families gathered for an end-of-program celebration in which students presented final projects, parents learned tips for how to continue to help their child improve reading skills at home, and awards were presented for perfect attendance.  The joyous evening was topped off with healthy snacks and delicious pizza.
